これは海辺の公園で出会った、葉っぱの実際の色です。冬枯れの景色の中にあって、思わず目を奪われました。よく観察すると、葉の裏側は白く、表からは白く縁取られているように見えます。
その時の記憶を、日本の古典色を使用して再現してみました。
キャンバスのサイドも着色していますので、そのまま飾ることもできます。
These are the real colors of leaves, which attracted me in the winter colorless landscape. Carefully looking, I found the leaves looked like being edged with white because of white back side. I imitated the snappy coloring in this painting with Japanese traditional colors.
